At Fosters Mill, we are equally passionate about food and artisan bread baking as about the mill itself. We do all we can to support local bakers and promote great tasting, top quality bread. We are supporters of the Real Bread Campaign, an national organisation established in 2008 to promote bread baked with flour, yeast, water and salt; free of additives, flour improvers and made using traditional long fermentation processes to build great flavour and texture. Use the Real Bread Finder to source great bread in your area and support your local bakers.

We have established the Cambridge Bread Bakers Forum, an Internet "Google Group" as a means of encouraging our customers and those passionate about bread baking in East Anglia to share their experiences, successes, trials and tribulations! By signing up to the Group, you join the Fosters Mill mailing list and are in return offered a 10% discount on all flours purchased from the mill (excluding trade customers).
